Meet the Workflow Builder
Take control of your operations with the Workflow Builder: a flexible, end-to-end solution that helps teams manage processes consistently, track progress, and stay compliant. Create, customize, and visualize workflows for better clarity, control, and efficiency.
What's new
:→ The Workflows submenu has been renamed
Operations
, and Automations are now called Workflows
. You can still create and customize automations as before (this update does not change your existing setups).→ Organize workflows into
stages
and add descriptions
for clarity.→ View the
status
and
stage progress
of your workflows directly from the detail page of an Incident, Evidence, or resource. Completed workflows are also visible under a toggle.→ A new “
wait for” condition
lets you pause a workflow until a specific event or update occurs. For example, in incident management, you can wait until an incident is acknowledged before moving to the next stage.
How this benefits you
:→ Map workflows to your real processes, so they align with your business and regulatory requirements.
→ Drive operational consistency and efficiency across teams, reducing errors and manual handoffs while improving visibility.
→ Manage workflows end-to-end with confidence, tracking progress, dependencies, and outcomes across any process or incident.

New Feature
Streamline your workspace with Archiving
We’re introducing archiving to help you maintain clear, clutter-free overviews across the platform. With the new Archive feature, outdated or unused items are moved out of your active views, while retaining all information and connections. You can also set retention rules to control how long archived items are stored before permanent deletion, giving you a safer and more manageable workflow.
What's new
:→ The '
Delete
' button is replaced with 'Archive
'. Items must be archived first before permanent deletion.→
Archive view
: Access all archived items, preview saved information, unarchive, or delete them permanently.→
Retention rules
: By default, archived items are kept for 5 years, but you can configure custom retention for each entity or resource.
Where it applies
:Tasks, Frameworks (controls only), Policies, Risks (excluding risk version), Incidents, Evidence, Statistics (dashboards only), Reports, Resources (Suppliers, Assets, etc.), Processing Activities, Data Subject Requests.
For a detailed walkthrough on how to archive, unarchive, and configure retention rules, check out this **Help Center article**.
new
Feature Improvement
First rejection stops the approval flow
We’ve updated how approval flows work to make the process faster and clearer. When the first approver rejects an item, the entire approval flow now stops immediately. This prevents unnecessary waiting and reducing back-and-forth.
What’s new
:→ The first rejection in an approval flow now stops the whole flow.
→ A rejection triggers the usual notification email so the right people are informed.

new
Feature Update
Track risk thresholds with acceptance level
You can now define an
Acceptance Level
for risk types, giving you more context on what risk scores are considered acceptable. This value can be a decimal number or left empty, and it will be visualized directly in the Risk Gauge and Matrix for easier comparison against actual risk scores. What's new
:→ Configure an Acceptance Level in
Settings
→ Risk Type
to display it in the Risk Gauge or Matrix.→ Toggle the Acceptance Level on or off in the gauge/matrix view.
→ When the value is 0, the matrix wraps from the left and bottom; when it’s equal to or higher than the maximum possible score, it wraps the top and right of the matrix. In the gauge, it extends to the maximum on the right.
→ If no Acceptance Level is provided, the toggle is disabled with an informative message.
→ In the manual matrix (manually calculated risk score), a line is added where the risk score is below the acceptance level, providing a clear visual indicator.

How this benefits you
:→ Quickly see which risks exceed your defined thresholds.
→ Compare actual risk scores against acceptable levels at a glance.
→ Make risk mitigation decisions faster with clear visual cues directly in your risk views.

Feature Update
Simplify setup with API Connections
You can now manage and view connections between entities directly via the Public API, reducing manual steps when creating or linking data.
What's new
:→ Every entity now includes a
connections
field in the API response.→ API-created resources can include connections to existing items automatically, reducing setup time.
→ Internal names for all connection types are now visible in
Settings
under the </> icon
for easier reference.
Check out the updated API documentation, for more information on how to use this.
Instructions are available directly within each entity’s documentation.
For example, in the Suppliers API section, you’ll find guidance on reading and creating connections for Suppliers. The same applies to Systems, Assets, and other entities, so everything you need is shown contextually where you need it.Load More
