Centralized management of Department across all modules

It would be highly beneficial to have the Departments configured under General Settings automatically available across all relevant modules, such as Risk, Tasks, Incidents, and also within the User creation process.
Currently, having separate custom department fields in each module creates duplication and limits centralized management. Inheriting Departments from a single, centralized configuration would improve consistency, reduce redundancy, and enable better organization of Risks and Tasks by department.
