Role-based access to the support page
We would like to request the ability to configure access to the support page based on user roles.
From a governance, security, and privacy perspective, it is important for our organization to centralize all contact with support through the DORA team. Role-based access would help prevent individual users from directly contacting support by phone or email and would improve clarity and efficiency for both our organization and your support team.
We therefore consider role-based control of access to the support page a valuable enhancement and would appreciate confirmation whether this functionality is currently available or planned on the roadmap.
